1. About Us
Calne Prints is a trading name of Bobby Seymour, operating as a sole trader in England.
By placing an order with Calne Prints, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Calne Prints.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Artwork contains unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
3. Customer Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, images, contact details and specifications submitted are correct before production.
Calne Prints accepts no responsibility for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors.
- Incorrect contact information.
- Design errors approved by the customer.
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied by the customer.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use all content provided.
4. Colour and Print Quality
Colours displayed on screens may differ from the final printed product.
Minor variations in colour, positioning, trimming and finish are considered normal within the printing process and do not constitute a fault.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling (£).
6. Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Calne Prints shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Suppliers
- Adverse weather
- Technical failures
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
As most products are custom-made and personalised, orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced.
If an item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Calne Prints within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs where requested.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may:
- Reprint the product; or
- Provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calne Prints’ liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork and materials supplied by customers remain the property of the customer or respective rights holder.
Calne Prints may use photographs of completed printed products for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
10. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
